Synthetic surface cleaning

Successful results right from the start

Rain, wind and other environmental factors lead to a build-up of dirt particles and other impurities in the open porous structure of synthetic surfaces. As a result the pores of the surface become clogged and the surface hardens. The consequences: reduction of the elastic properties of safety surfaces (particularly important where playground surfaces are concerned). Drainage properties are impaired and as a result moss and algae growth occurs. The surface becomes slippery and the athletes´ risk of injury increases. In order to prolong the durability of synthetic surfaces, regular intensive cleaning of surfaces is recommended to remove underlying dirt.

A spray bar is used for primary cleaning.

Special purpose machine for larger sites

This cleaning machine has the ability to clean up to 1.50m wide strips of surface in one work step. The results are respectable. Areas of application: primarily sports grounds, stadiums, athletic tracks, multi-purpose facilities, drainage surfaces and stone floors.

A gate with a width of 1.80m and a height of 2.40m is sufficient to allow the machine to access the site without any problems.
