The turf may be artificial

But the satisfaction is genuine

Sandmaster offers you a cleaning system which gives your artificial turf courts a fresh green look. Because artificial turf courts infilled with sand and/or rubber granules are constantly exposed to environmental factors (dust, leaves, etc.) and subjected to wear, rain water washes smallest particles into hollows. Consequently, the surface becomes hard and the drainage effect is lost. A build-up of humus particles aids the growth of algae and moss, leading to a high risk of slipping. Other litter (such as broken glass, cigarette butts) also increase the risk of injury for the players. Freshly cleaned artificial turf does not have any of these problems.

Four seasons - One green

To ensure a long-standing operating life for your artificial turf as well as ideal conditions for playing and in terms of exercise physiology, the turf needs to be cleaned at regular intervals.

The cleaning system:

The soiled filling material is removed from the turf with the help of a rotating brush. Dust and fine particles are vacuumed off and collected in fleece filters. Coarse dirt such as stones, broken glass and cigarette butts or leaves are filtered and fall into the catch tray for coarse dirt. The cleaned filler material is returned on to the turf. A brush roller is used to brush the grass fibres into place and work the filling material into the turf.
